Are blasting permits required?

Yes. You may not blast without first obtaining a blast permit. Please fill out the Blasting Permit Application and follow the instructions carefully.

Who do I contact about damage caused by construction blasting?

Contact the contractor or developer directly. Or contact your city officials. Unfortunately, Hurricane Valley Fire cannot assist with any blasting related damages.
